This thesis focuses on happiness. We will dive into two aspects: physical and mental health. Our motivation is to achieve the balance of body, mind and spirit. Meal-planning, activities, mindfulness meditation, memories, dreams and fears are included. Besides introducing some existing happiness models, meal-planning applications, websites, and algorithms, we also provide results to support the connections between meditation and happiness. Last but not least, we generate a PM happiness model, an equation to evaluate the happiness fluctuation, taking both physical and mental health into consideration.
