The demand of basic talents for MICE and Chinkless-Teaching Concept Design Courses

With rapid growth of MICE industry,the demand of talents has been increasing year by year. We try to find the most important competences which are the basic requirements for the basic job of the MICE industry .With the analysis of 「Experts Weighting Method」we get the suggestions to those schools which wish to install the MICE class.
