以層級分析法評估教學網站品質之研究

摘要


本研究為了協助教學網站的使用者、開發商與相關研究人員能夠自行對網站進行相關品質之評比,因此提出了一個運用層級分析法來評估教學網站品質的層級架構。在研究過程中,首先則是整理出了一個可被用來評估教學網站品質的層級架構,而這個架構主要是依據近年來針對網站品質所進行的相關研究而來;其次則是運用模糊德菲法來確認本研究所提之架構;最後再以實驗的方式來對二個教學網站進行評比。而本研究所挑選的教學網站分別是以Moodle及資策會的IDEA School為基礎所建立的輔助教學網站,調查對象為領域專家及網站使用者,並採用層級分析法之問卷進行調查,經由調查及分析後的結果顯示,Moodle平台在教學網站的主準則評比中以教學內容品質及評量功能品質的表現較IDEA School平台好;而IDEA School平台在教學網站的主準則評比中以使用者介面、設計品質與組織品質的表現較Moodle平台優。最後根據實驗結果將可證明,本研究所提之教學網站品質評估架構確實可以實際應用於教學網站的品質評估上。

In this research, we proposed an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to help the users and developers to evaluate the quality of teaching websites. Based on literature review, an AHP hierarchy is developed. The hierarchy is also confirmed by experts using Fuzzy Delphi method. We have also conducted an AHP experiment to evaluate the quality of two teaching websites, including Moodle and IDEA School. The AHP analysis results show that the instructional contents quality and assessment functions quality of Moodle are better than IDEA School, while the user-friendly quality, design quality and organization quality of IDEA School are better than Moodle. The research is helpful to understand how to applying AHP to assess the teaching websites and what are the important criteria to evaluate them.
