同儕觀察教學之實施案例

Director of Students' Affairs of Shi-Shu Primary School, Tainan City an Example of Peer Review of Teaching

摘要


本研究旨在了解同儕觀察教學在小學實施的實際狀況,利用文件分析法分析同儕觀察教學的要旨並以兩種觀察記錄的方法:「在工作中」以及「教師移動」描述個案教師的教學情形,透過教學前後晤談促發研究者思考整個教學的經過以及對教師的意義,並提出討論與建議作為教育當局、其他學校與教師參考。

This article discussed the concepts of peer review of teaching. It included the definitions, reasons, benefits, categories and contents of peer review of teaching. It also reported an example of teaching peer review in the primary school. The investigator used planning conference, teaching observation, and feedback conference to understand the meaning of teaching. The observation methods in this study were ”at task” and ”classroom traffic”. At the end of this article, it offered some suggestions for the references of the teachers and educrats.
