This article discussed the concepts of peer review of teaching. It included the definitions, reasons, benefits, categories and contents of peer review of teaching. It also reported an example of teaching peer review in the primary school. The investigator used planning conference, teaching observation, and feedback conference to understand the meaning of teaching. The observation methods in this study were ”at task” and ”classroom traffic”. At the end of this article, it offered some suggestions for the references of the teachers and educrats.
