摘要

台灣為土地面積狹小的島嶼型生態發展環境，土地發展規劃端視土地資源條件的相異予以調配，土地機能及空間活動的配置相對十分重要。隨著城鄉土地使用的複雜性，傳統的規劃理論和分析模式，無法滿足土地規劃需求。本文以土地適宜性分析為基礎，結合地理資訊系統之空間資料分析功能，建立並發展出一套城鄉發展區的劃設方法，供未來研究及應用之參考。

As we know, Taiwan's environment is the island style with limited living area. Therefore the function of land and the allocation of activity space are relatively important. With the increasing complexities of land use in the modern age, the exiting planning theory and analysis models are insufficient for current demand. This paper integrated the method of land-use suitability analysis and space analysis functions of the geographical information system, to produce a delimiting procedure of urban-rural development areas.
