學校領導理論的推陳出新,是近代教育領導研究視野觸角,多元延伸的典範建立源。因此,本文以領導典範發展為思考點,推介Schwahn與Spady在1998年,以Total leadership一書,提出綜觀未來、整合人我之「完全領導」(Total leadership)的理念。首先探討完全領導的緣起背景及策略原則;接次闡述完全領導內涵之五大領導型態:真誠、願景、文化、品質及服務所分樣囊括的本質意涵、基礎發展與相關研究的範疇脈絡,並藉此提及各領導行為構面與應對參酌指標。最後,提出變遷世代下學校領導多元平衡型態牽動之可能省思,期化單一領導概念,轉多元適質之個人領導精神型態,以達成有效能的學校領導及有效率的學校卓越。
Recently, the new theories in school leadership set up the source of pluralistic vision. Therefore, the study introduced the concept of Schwahn & Spady(1998)Total Leadership to leading model development. First, it explored the background and tactical principles. Second, it explained the fifth of leading styles: authentic, vision, cultural, quality and service. In addition, the five leading styles include essential meaning, foundation, relevant researches and lead behavior indicators. Finally, the plural balanced attitudes of school leaders transform the singly concept to individual of the plural quality with spiritual attitude. Accordingly, it will complete the effectiveness in school leadership and efficiency in school development.
