Relevant study has shown that Grade 1-9 Curriculum during its trial procedure has received much positive and affirmative attitudes or feedbacks; however, it has returned with much questions and dilemmas during its formal stage. Up to now, relative researches with a focus on these operative situation are comparatively rare. Hence, this study with an attempt in generated hindrances towards transacting Grade 1-9 Curriculum that accomplishes with ”Questionnaire Survey Research of Grade 1-9 Curriculum Reform and its operative situation”. To achieve above research purposes, the research uses literature survey, theoretical analysis, documentary analysis, visiting interview, and questionnaire survey, along with research tool compiling, preview, and execution; furthermore, it utilizes all kinds of statistical methods to analyze collected questionnaires with interviews for objective and thorough perspectives. At last, The discovery operative situation approximately 61%, are ”the moderate result” and references of relevant units and staff performing grade 1-9 curriculum as well as offer as foundation for continuing to promote grade 1-9 curriculum in elementary school.
