飛航意外傾向人格特質之初探

An Exploration of Accident Prone Personality in Aviation

摘要

為了解曾發生過飛航意外者之人格特質，本研究運用新編之人格量表在各飛行部隊進行取樣。共有903位陸海空三軍之飛行員參與本研究，結果顯示：曾發生過意外、衝突、飛安事件者，都彰顯出其特定之人格組型。未來即可應用本結果，界定具危安特質之現職人員，進行態度之轉換訓練，改變其習性，建立安全行為模式與提升飛安。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the personalities of aviators who had the accident or related experiences or behavior before. In all, 903 military pilots had participated in this study. They were asked to answer the aviator personality Questionnaire and some behavior index. According to their self-reported experiences, involving an accident or not, some were identified as the accident prone pilots. Comparing the accident prone ones' personalities with the others', the results had showed that the former held some specific personality patterns. The application of the current results are issued and discussed in order to enhance the aviation safety.
