摘要

多囊性卵巢症候群（PCOS）是一種結合內分泌、生殖、新陳代謝等功能性障礙的症候群。常見於育齡中的婦女，盛行率約3~10%。由於PCOS的發病機轉複雜且臨床表現多樣化，這對於正確診斷及治療PCOS帶來一定的困難度。本文針對台灣地區PCOS病患進行臨床觀察與實驗室檢查，並以中醫的辨證方法探討腎虛痰濕與多囊性卵巢症候群臨床表現的相關性。

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a combination of functional disorders of the endocrine, reproductive, and metabolic syndrome. That is common in women of childbearing age, the prevalence is of about 3 to 10%. Because the pathogenesis of PCOS is complex and the diversification of clinical manifestations, bring a certain degree of difficulty for the correct diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. In this article, we perform the clinical observations and laboratory tests for PCOS patients in Taiwan, and explore the correlation between kidney deficiency, phlegm-dampness by using Chinese medicine pattern identification system and clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome.
