We report a 50-year-old woman of primary biliary cirrhosis (FBC) associated with Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, interstitial pneumonitis, thyroiditis, vitiligo and asymptomatic bacteriuria. We emphasize that 1.) all patients with PBC deserve close observation for the manifestations of autoimmune disease; 2.) patients with collagen and thyroid disease accompanied by abnormal liver function require further evaluation for PBC.
