台灣人口邁向高齡化的同時,醫療費用將持續成長,因此,學者建議應透過資訊科技來進行整合性醫療照護,讓醫療資源能更有效地運用。然而,目前國內遠距醫療照護相關研究中,尚未能從患者觀點來加以探討其對於遠距醫療的基本需求,據此,本研究彙整醫療市場特性後,針對患者需求以及現行整合性醫療照護的營運概念下,以行動通信進行醫療諮詢成功關鍵因素爲研究主軸,冀盼未來在開發遠距醫療諮詢系統時,提供更貼切的實務策略。 本研究對象以疾病高危險群及慢性病患者爲主,透過結構式問卷方式進行調查。經由因素分析及層級程序分析後,得知重要關鍵因素在於「遠距醫療人員的經驗豐富」、「顧客隨時隨地可使用醫療諮詢」、「遠距醫療人員樂於與病人溝通」。換言之,進步的醫療科技雖然帶來方便與快速的醫療服務,卻非病患使用遠距醫療諮詢關鍵因素,亦即病患最在乎的仍然是醫療的基本層面,如同理心、醫療人員豐富的經驗等。因此,未來在開發相關遠距醫療服務時,醫療從業人員應更多元地廣納意見後,才能全心投入建設與改革,以得患者的青睞。
The Taiwan population toward advanced age and the medical expense grows continually at the same time. Empirical researches indicated that should employ information technology to integrate Medicare and using medical resource efficiently. However, it can not explore the essential need of the telemedicine from the perspectives of patient. This study attempted to collate the characteristics of healthcare market, patient's need and the concept of integration medical care that focus on critical success factors of teleconsultation by real-time mobile communication. Data are collected from patients of high-risk and chronic diseases. Results indicate that significant factors from factor analysis and analytical hierarchy process elicited the following: ”the rich experiences of telemedical staff”, ”patients could consult anytime and anywhere”, and ”telemedical staff likes to communicate with the patients”. In other words, the progress of medical technology brings convenient and rapid medical services, which are not the critical factors of patient using teleconsultation. The patients care about the basic of Medicare, such as empathy, the rich experiences of medical staff. Theoretical and practical implications are also discussed.
