摘要

牙髓出現病變的牙齒，不論是否接受根管治療，在經過一段時間後常有牙齒變色的情形，因而對美觀造成影響。齒內漂白（Internal bleaching）又稱為非活性牙漂白，主要是針對已經做過根管治療的牙齒，將漂白劑置入牙髓腔內進行漂白，以期恢復牙齒原來的顏色，改善美觀的問題。此法可以提供前牙變色的病患除了復治療外另一種選擇。

Teeth with pulpal pathosis, whether received root canal treatment or not, often discolorate after a period of time, and thus influence the appearance. Internal Bleaching, also known as non-vital tooth bleaching, has mainly been done for tooth which received root canal treatment. Tooth will be placed bleaching material into pulp cavity in order to restore the original color of the teeth to improve the appearance. This method can provide patients with discolored anterior teeth an alternative prosthetic treatment.
