EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL STUDY ON NON-UNIFORM STRESS OF U-TYPE PRESTRESSED ANCHOR USED IN PIER OF HIGH ARCH DAM

高拱壩閘墩U型錨索鋼絞線受力不均勻性的試驗以及理論研究

摘要


Non-uniform stress of U-type prestressed anchor under integral tension may result in difficulties to control the construction quality, consequently, the safety of U-type prestressed anchored pier in high arch dam could be influenced. The results of a filed investigation on non-uniform stress of U-type prestressed anchor during integral tension are presented in this paper. Experiments were conducted at the left pier of No. 2 deep outlet in Xiluodu Hydropower Station. The study shows that non-uniform extent of steel strand's initial stress is obvious, and non-uniform extends of steel strand's stress gradually decreases with increasing tension grades. In addition, theoretical analysis is conducted based on Column's friction theory to study the existence of the non-uniform stress and the derived equations are able to present the non-uniformity of the stress quantitatively, and it indicates the friction along steel strand is one of the reasons contribute to the non-uniform stress of U-type prestressed anchors.

在整體張拉的情況下U 型預應力錨索會産生受力不均勻,這種不均勻現象可能會影響預應力錨索施工質量的控制,進而高拱壩中由預應力錨索加固的閘墩的安全性亦會受到影響。本文展示了溪洛渡水電站2 號泄洪深孔左側閘墩的U 型預應力錨索在整體張拉時不均勻受力的現場試驗研究,現場試驗的結果表明錨索中的鋼絞線呈現出了明顯的受力不均勻,而且不均勻程度隨著張拉級數的增加而逐漸減小。本文根據庫倫摩擦理論針對錨索的不均勻受力進行了理論分析,通過解析解可以定量得出錨索中的各鋼絞線應力,理論研究表明鋼絞線之間的摩擦力是U 型錨索受力不均勻的一個原因。
