本研究目的在比較蘭陽技術學院柔道社團學生學期前後體適能之差異,以做為將來本校體育教學課程編排之參考。本研究以蘭陽技術學院32名男性柔道社團學生(18.62±1.51歲)為研究對象,檢測方法是採用教育部所訂定之方法為標準,項目包括身體質量指數(BMI)、坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、1600公尺跑走。所測得之各項體適能成績,以重複量數t考驗統計方法進行統計分析。獲致研究結論如下:將柔道活動強度降低並減少危險性之活動,在從事六十小時的活動後,身體質量指數會顯著的下降;一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠及1600公尺跑走等項目檢測成績,則會有顯著的提昇;柔軟度方面則無顯著差異。可見參與柔道可增進大部分體適能項目之水準,進而達到促進健康的目標。
The purposes of this study are to compare the differences of physical fitness for college students to Judo. The results serve as references for the course design of this university in the future. The subjects for this study are boys age was 18.62±1.51 (N=32) of Judo Class. The test method utilized for this study follows the method regulated by the Ministry of Education. Items included are Body Mass Index (BMI), sitting posture with body-bending forward, knee-bending sit-ups, standing broad jump and 1600 meter running. Statistic methods pair T-test analyzes the results. The results are as follows: Reduce intensity and danger activity of Judo course for 90hr.The effect of The BMI, knee-bending sit-ups, standing broad jump and 1600 meter running were significant between varied test. The Judo exercises they participate, the better performance they will show in health-related physical fitness.
