以性別差異觀點探索碩士在職生的幸福校園知覺

The perceptions of happiness campus of graduate students in continuing education- An exploratory study by gender difference perspective

摘要


研究所以上的高等教育進修體系對於國家的整體競爭力具有莫大影響,因為這些進修者大多是企業裡的中流砥柱,對學校而言,提供在職生的幸福校園感受便相當重要,同時性別議題也普通受到社會所重視,因此本研究目的音在探討在回流教育體系進修的在職生對於校園幸福成長知覺的性別差異,希能對大學的校園經營有所建議。結合文獻歸納與腦力激盪發展出幸福校園應具備的指標,以食、衣、住、行、育、樂作為六個主要構面並發展出各構面的細項指標。本研究以在職進修研究生為對象,分析兩性對幸福校園指標的認知差異。本研究藉由層級分析法發現,在幸福校園的六個主構面以及細項內涵上確有性別上的不同。本研究最後據此幸福校園知覺的性別差異,針對大學校園的規劃設計及資源分配提出建議。

The high continuous education system has a great impact on a country's overall competitiveness. Most participants of continuous education are elites of the business, therefore to provide a happy campus is a necessary condition for university. In addition, the gender issue is stressed by tremendous public attentions. The purpose of this study is to explore the different perceptions of happy campus between male and female, then to offer some useful suggestions to the university administrative. By integrated from the literature review and brainstorming, this study developed six main dimensions that are necessary indicators of happiness campus. The six main dimensions are food, clothing, housing, traffic, education, and amusement, and based on these main dimensions, this study developed detail indicators for them as well. The research participants are 30 graduate students in continuing education of business school. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this study analyzes the perceptions of indicators of happiness campus in both sexes. The results show that the perception of importance ranking with regard to the six main dimensions and the indicators for both genders are different in some aspects. The study thus provides suggestions for the continuing education school administrative in planning and reallocation of the campus resources to meet the different needs of both g male and female graduate students.
