體育教師與坐式辦公人員社會體型焦慮、運動自我效能與運動行為之研究

A Study of Social Physique Anxiety, Self Efficacy and Sport Behavior between Physical Education Teacher and Sedentary People

摘要


本研究之目的:一、比較體育教師與坐式辦公人員在社會體型焦慮、運動自我效能與運動行為之差異。二、探討社會體型焦慮、運動自我效能與運動行為之相關情形。三、驗證運動自我效能對於社會體型焦慮影響運動行為之中介效果。本研究之受試對象為大專體育教師200人(平均年齡為38.47 ± 9.12歲)及坐式辦公人員174人(平均年齡為37.81 ± 8.51歲)。所有受試者均填寫社會體型焦慮量表、運動自我效能量表及運動行為調查表。統計方法為獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關及徑路分析。研究結果顯示:體育教師與坐式辦公人員之社會體型焦慮、運動自我效能與運動行為有顯著差異存在。在徑路分析方面,體育教師之體型呈現自在可間接透過運動自我效能來正向預測運動行為;而坐式辦公人員之負面體型不安則可直接負向預測運動行為。

The purpose of this study were: 1. to compare the differences between physical education teacher and sedentary people in the social physique anxiety, self efficacy and sports behavior; 2. to investigate the relationship of social physique anxiety, self efficacy and sport behavior, and 3. to identify the mediating effects of self efficacy to how social physique anxiety affects sports behavior. The subjects of this study were 200 collegiate physical education teachers (age: 38.47±9.12 yrs) and 174 sedentary people (age: 37.81±8.51 yrs). All subjects completed Social Physique Anxiety Scale(SPAS)、Sports Self-Efficacy Scale (SES) and Sports & Exercise Behavior Scale(SEB)and data were analyzed by independent t-test, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and path analysis where appropriate. The results indicated that there were significant differences between physical education teachers and sedentary people in social physique anxiety, self efficacy and sport behavior. According to path analysis, the (physique presentation comfort, PPC) of physical education teachers can predict indirectly positive sports behaviors by self efficacy. However, the (negative physique evaluation concern, NPEC) of sedentary people can predict directly negative sports behaviors.
