摘要
本系統研發之目的在提供豬場掌握飼料成分與豬隻使用飼料狀況，讓豬場經營者能夠精確控管飼料數量與費用。系統區分為代碼設定、資料維護、報表列印、診斷報表等四大部分。代碼設定包括公司來源、原料名稱及成品分類；資料維護包括購進飼料原料與成品、自配飼料配方製作、場內豬隻飼料用量、飼料報廢與結存；報表列印包括購進原料與成品報表、場內各類豬隻飼料使用及結存報表、以及場內原料結存報表；診斷報表包括各類豬隻飼料配方診斷與建議、飼料價格表與趨勢圖及豬隻飼料換肉率。豬場使用本系統除可精算豬隻飼料費外，並可利用豬隻生長資料做為飼料配方修改的依據，提供豬場專業經營者一個即時改進的工具。

This system was developed to provide pig farms a way to handle feed composition and usage, and to help pig managers improve their feed usage while cutting costs. This system was divided into four parts in terms of code setting, data maintenance, report printing, and diagnosis reporting. The code setting included company, ingredient and product classification. The data maintenance concerned: ingredients and products bought, self-made feed formulation, feed usage on farms, feed wastage and surplus. The report print includes covers ingredients and products bought, feed usage and surplus on farms, and ingredient surplus on farms. The diagnosis report proposes diagnosis and suggestions on feed formulation, feed price list, trend graph, and feed conversion ratio. Pig Farms could use this system to calculate feed costs precisely, and use pig growth data to modify feed formulation. This system could be used as a tool to improve efficiency of pig farms.
