摘要

蔣韻《櫟樹的囚徒》描述范氏家族從興起到離散、消亡的過程。透過家族中三個不同身份、世代的女性對母族、夫族與父族的觀察交會，鋪展范氏家族的四代故事，時間橫跨清末至文革後。本文關注女性作者如何書寫家族故事中的女子們、如何描述女性在家族故事中的位置與身份以及如何經由女性視角建構出家族歷史，並且以文本中的故事空間作為整合以上三種問題的聚焦處。女性注重「家居」意義，不管她們是否曾經安居於心中的家園，安穩且無所拘束的自由空間是她們共同的想望，注視的是凝結於心底的故鄉。女性在不得不居處於屬於男性權力脈絡的家族空間內，或是以心裡的原鄉想像為支柱，或是以自覺的主體超然生活於其中，這使得她們得以在此中享有獨立自主的生命。文本第一敘述者天菊延續母親蘇柳離家的腳步向外遊走，最終卻走回母親的家族故鄉。這不是對父權家族的投靠，而是呈現出女性對「家族」本質的理解與再定義，以描繪女性獨有的精神氣質與「家族」的意義，每一個或固守或遠離的份子都是家族的重要成員。

In ”The Prisoners of Robur” published in 1996, Jiang-Yun depicts the rise, the scattering, and the decline of the Fan family. Through the interconnected observations of three families-the maternal, the husband, and the parental-from the females of different roles and generations of the family, the author portrays the four generations of the Fan Family, spanning from late Qing to the time after Chinese Cultural Revolution. This paper concerns how the family is presented from the multiperspectives of the females. Based on gender studies and spatial theories, this paper aims to analyze how the author presents the subjectivity of the females in the patriarchal place; that is, in what way does the conversation between the females and the patriarchy takes place. ”Home” is a place representing patriarchy. The males reminisce their home whenever they recall the glorious past in relation to themselves, whereas the females take the ”domestic home” into consideration and no matter whether they ever reside in somewhere, they keep aspiration for a free, stable place without restriction. To the females, residence does not mean fixation. Although they have experienced moving, the females imagine that they reside in a stable home all the time. In the real condition, the family home is a patriarchal place. The females have no choice but to reside in such a place, but possibly they may have their subjectivity as the imagination of the home supports them and as they live in such a condition with self-awareness.
