次氯酸消毒水設備開發與操作條件探討

摘要


次氯酸(HOCl)屬人類可自體產生之天然強效殺菌劑,其殺菌濃度50 ~ 200 ppm,遠低於次氯酸鈉。因此,次氯酸(HOCl)較次氯酸鈉對人體安全,對食材影響較小,對設備腐蝕性較低。次氯酸(HOCl) 兼具實用性與低成本的特色,本研究所開發之次氯酸(HOCl)電解水設備以食鹽(NaCl)作為原料,生成之電解水自由氯濃度達100 ~ 600 ppm,操作條件簡單且短時間內可生成大量消毒殺菌液。
