由於環保意識的日益高漲,國際間針對產品的規格開始規範了一些環保性的要求。因此,各國際大廠及跨國企業無不致力於提出相關的對應政策,以因應這種環保趨勢,所以綠色夥伴認證已成為企業承接國際客戶訂單不可或缺的條件。 本研究期望透過設計的問卷,運用各種統計手法進行分析與研究,探討推行綠色夥伴認證之動機、關鍵成功因素與認證後之效益的相關性,透過此次86份問卷之分析,本研究重要發現如下: 1.企業在推行綠色夥伴認證中公司高層的要求及內部管理與自我提升的激勵與關鍵成功因素間扮演著相當重要的角色且是促進綠色夥伴認證成功導入的重要因素。 2.藉由推行綠色夥伴認證來提升公司管理品質的動機明顯影響企業認證後效益,顯示管理品質的提升對於企業之相關效益最大。 3.廠商對於教育訓練、供應商管理構面、製程品質構面及工具技術這四個關鍵成功因素認知程度愈高,愈能提升認證後的全面效益。 4.在認證動機低或不明顯的情形下,企業仍可透過「組織」、「供應商管理」、「顧客滿意」及「持續改善」等四項關鍵成功因素構面來提升認證的效益。
As environmental awareness, some product specifications requirements began standardizing for environmental protection. Therefore, the major international firms and multinational companies are working to make relevant policy responses, in response to such environmental trends; So Green Partner certification has become enterprises to undertake international customer orders indispensable. From this study questionnaire design expects, using various statistical methods to do analysis and research, discussion about green certification motive, critical success factors and certification after facilitating cross-correlation and through the 86 questionnaires, the following result was found: 1. Implementation and certification of the motivation is the key success factor is the significant correlation and influence. 2. Implement authentication and certification motivation after the benefits are significant and the related impact. 3. Critical success factors and the effectiveness of certification is a significant correlation and influence. 4. Enterprises through "organization" and "vendor management" "customer satisfaction" and "continuous improvement" four critical success factors dimensions to enhance the effectiveness of certification.
