本論文介紹了新一代視訊壓縮編碼標準H.265/HEVC之內容及結構,針對編碼流程圖中各個環節(編碼結構、畫面間預測、畫面內預測、熵編碼、去區塊效應濾波器等等)做了內容的介紹,點出H.265/HEVC與H.264/AVC在結構上的差異與新增的項目,將兩者的差異列出,最後使用HEVC官方編解碼器HM10.0版本作為基礎,解析不同解析度的H.265/HEVC視訊測試序列之內容結構及功能模組。透過本論文的檢測,可得知不同解析度在各個模組中運算所花費的時間,找出哪個部份會有改進與優化的地方,利於開發商及研究者進行確認,節省探索及研究時間。
This paper introduces the content and architecture of the new video compression standard: High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC). Focus on the part in the diagram like coding architecture, inter-prediction, intra-prediction, entropy and deblocking filter. Besides, we mention and list the architecture difference between H.264/AVC and H.265/HEVC, and then use the official codec HM10.0 to analyze the architecture and function of the H.265/HEVC test sequences in different dpi. Through our research, we can know the cost of computation in every function, and know what can be further improved.
