摘要 本研究應用田口法(Taguchi Method),結合有限元素分析軟體ANSYS的模擬分析,對於連接器端子變形量最佳化設計,提出改善端子變形量的方法。 本文依據連接器端子設計上的經驗法則,選定一定體積範圍大小之RJ45連接器以其端子分析模型,以其端子的形狀尺寸大小作為田口方法的控制因子(control factor),並以該連接器經插拔後端子的變形量(deformation)作為品質特性(quality characteristic)。應用田口法L9(34)直交表規劃並建立九組有限元素分析模型,再以ANSYS分析其材料厚度變化時的變形量,所得到的結果再以田口方法找出最佳設計參數組合。 研究結果顯示,RJ45體積縮小後其端子尺寸設計亦可改變,將其變形量縮小至可接受範圍,本文所提修改相關參數亦可提供工業界在設計連接器端子之參考,以縮短產品開發的時間。
Abstract This research combines the simulation analysis of Taguchi Methods and finite element software ANSYS, as to optimal structural of the contact deform design in connector product, do the complete discussion with an instance to offer a method of design parameters optimization. According to the experience rule in the connector product design at first, with a volume of RJ45 as research specimen, and design the contact. With the geometry dimensions control factor, regard as the quality characteristic with the deformation after insertion and withdrawing. This research selects L9(34) orthogonal array to establish nine groups finite element model, and analyzes the deformation of the materials thickness with ANSYS, and finds out the optimum design with Taguchi Methods. The preliminary achievement of this research shows the RJ45 ‘s contact yield rate still can to accept after reduce the volume, offer the reference of designing connector’s contact to industry, can shorten the cycle for product development even more.
