本研究針對非連續式生產型態建構「精實批量生產系統」,其主要整合「精實生產方式」及「批量生產」之概念,以顧客需求為起點,進行機台產能負荷之推估,並依機台產能負荷決定系統瓶頸所在,最後,依瓶頸機台之需求建立一有效之邏輯判斷方式,以決定批量之大小。而在個案驗證方面,本研究以某一紙業加工廠為驗證對象,實際導入模式,其成效具體反映至生產前置時間及人均產值兩方面,生產前置時間於改善後有效縮減為改善前之40%;而人均產值可分為重量及數量兩部份進行比較,在重量部分,改善後之人均產值較改善前增加32%;在數量方面,改善後之人均產值較改善前增加44%,由此可知,本研究模式「精實批量生產系統」在現實中確實有其可行性與有效性,因此對於其它相同型態之生產製造業亦有所裨益。
This research proposes the lean production system and batch process integration model based on the discontinuous process type. The model is named “Lean-Batch Production System” which is composed of four parts. First, it defines the customer requirement clearly. Second, according to the customer requirement, it calculates the loading of the machine capacity. Third, it defines the bottleneck by the loading of the machine capacity. Last, it develops the logic to decide the batch size based on the requirement of the bottleneck. Furthermore, after executing the model in the shop floor of paper industry, it reduces the production lead time about 60%, and enhances the productivity about 32% in weight and 44% in quantity. Overall, the Lean-Batch production system has its effects for the discontinuous process type.
