摘要

精實生產方式其最終的目的，就是要滿足顧客的需求；因此生產型態的轉變由以往的「大量生產」轉變為「少量多樣」，彈性製造變成重要的問題，可運用流線化生產與彈性製造單元去解決，因此本研究提出「精實流線化與彈性製造單元生產」（Lean Streamline and Flexible Manufacturing Cell Production）之模式，流線化生產是一種連結前後製程的無間斷的連續生產方式，彈性製造單元是採用群組佈置去處理變動的生產需求，本模式包含五個導入階段，為了使流程或組織運作更有效率。此模式實際導入國外某大企業做個案實證後，證實幫助公司提升生產力、準時交貨、減少在製品存等成效。

The final purpose of the Lean production system is to satisfy customer's needs. Therefore, it has been changed from mass to high mix and low volume oriented production; the flexible manufacture becomes a critical issue. It can apply the Streamline production and the Flexible manufacture cell to solving; hence this research proposes the construction model of “Lean Streamline and Flexible Manufacturing Cell Production”. “Streamline Production” is one kind of continuous production that connects previous and next processes in sequence. “Flexible Manufacturing Cell” is a grouping layout to handle fluctuating production demands efficiently. This roadmap comprises the five focusing steps, In order to make the process or enterprise being more effective.
Finally, this research studied the installation of certain great foreign enterprise is used to verify the proposed model. The results such as productivity improvement, on-time delivery improvement, and WIP reduction can achieve successfully to demonstrate the usefulness of this model in practice.
