“豐田生產系統”是由Toyota汽車所發展並已推行了超過50年。Toyota汽車成功的推行TPS,使得Toyota在開發、生產及銷售汽車上,只要花比同業一半甚至更少的人力、空間、資源、時間及總費用,可是卻有最好的產品品質。然而,這一個新的生產系統並不容易被推行,同時也很容易推行失敗。這其中的關鍵是誤解了TPS的本質,以及不適當的導入TPS系統-通常只重視TPS的技術面,卻忽略了人性面。由於“員工”是推行精實生產系統的核心,有鑑於此,本研究首先依據文獻的探討和分析定義出TPS在技術面及人性面的要素,並建立一套建基在人性管理基礎上,且整合TQM與HRM之整體型TPS系統,最後再以問卷調查的方式進行實證研究。 本研究首先透過國內外相關文獻的整理並與國內TPS學者專家討論後,提出一整合型之TPS體系模式,而後透過問卷調查的方式,針對各受訪企業對於本研究提出之TPS各問項指標的同意程度做實證調查,以得知企業對於TPS體系的實行狀況。並將所獲得的資料以SPSS統計軟體進行相關統計分析、線性結構關係模式(Linear Structural Relations)統計語法進行整體關聯分析,藉此瞭解現今產業界推行TPS(or Lean Production)的實行現況,並藉此驗證出本研究提出之整合型TPS體系是可被接受,同時人性管理、HRM與TQM也確實會對公司在導入TPS後之最終表現上呈現顯著的正向關係。期望藉此研究以提供產業界未來在導入TPS系統時能有一完整的參考導入體系,以有效提升產業界之競爭優勢。
“Toyota production system, TPS” is pioneered and implemented by Toyota company over 50 years. Toyota successfully perform TPS, and result in dramatical performances that it can develop, produce and distribute cars with half or less of the human effort, space, resources, time and overall expense, but make the best quality of the products. However, this new system is not easy to implement, and the failed implementation is very high. The critical factors are the misunderstanding of the features of TPS, and the inappropriate introduction and implementation of TPS. They commonly only adopt the technical elements of TPS, and neglect the human elements. As a result of “Worker” is at the heart of the application of lean production system, the present study addresses this problem by using a literature review and analyze to identify the technical elements and human elements, then develop an holistic TPS system with integrate TQM and HRM (human resource management) based on the human-respect management. After develop the Integrate TPS model, the study conducts the empirical study for the industries in order to understand the implementation situation of integrate TPS model in Taiwan. From the result of the analysis by utilizing the method of Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) proves the integrate TPS model can be accepted, and proves the correlation of human-respect, HRM, TQM with lean process and performance are remarkable effect.
