導入企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,縮寫ERP)是將企業資源計劃建立在資訊技術基礎上,是企業實施流程再造的重要工具之一。ERP 系統雖然可以提升企業運作效率與整合資源,但前置作業若未做好將帶來失敗風險,因此如何在導入前審慎思考,評估適用於企業的差異性及複雜性、企業內部或國家政策的變更、ERP系統的整合與彈性,皆是影響 ERP系統導入考量因素。 本研究以層級分析法(AHP)之成對比較值加以模糊化,發展成衡量構面,並運用專家意見法與模糊層級分析法(FAHP)作為本研究之分析方法,研究結果發現「高階主管的瞭解與支持」與「專案規劃與執行」為最優先考量之層面,未來可用個案方式進行深入探討。
ERP implementation is to establish enterprise resource planning on the basis of the information technology is an important tool for the implementation of Business Process Reengineering. ERP systems can enhance operational efficiency and integration of resources, but if not done pre-assessment will bring the risk of failure, so how to think carefully before importing assess changes apply to corporate diversity and complexity of internal or national policy, integration and flexibility of ERP systems are all considerations. This study pairs of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to measure the comparative value of the development dimension and the use of expert opinions and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) as an analytical method for this study. The results found that "executives understand and support" and "project planning and execution" as the first priority level, the future can use the case study in depth.
