摘 要 在本研究中,所規劃的流域範圍為淡水河流域包括淡水河本流、基隆河、新店溪、大漢溪等主要支流,界定邊界時就傾向以台北市為主要人口分布地區,作污水下水道興建規劃。 本研究選用QUAL2E水質模式模擬淡水河流域的水質狀況,以現有之實測資料完成驗正,建立一套完整規劃淡水河流域水體水質之管理系統,模擬單一流域與全流域普及率對淡水河系之比較分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 1. 利用此模式的模擬結果,可用於預測淡水河在台北縣污水下水道普及率逐步提升到69.41%,整個淡水河河DO濃度為4.93mg/L,BOD濃度將降至2.96mg/L,水質之提升不如預期之原因,乃因大漢溪排入淡水河本流污染量很大,以致只整治北縣部份不如預期之大。 2. 利用此模式的模擬結果,可用於預測淡水河在台北市污水下水道普及率逐步提升到85.06%,整個淡水河河DO濃度為6.41mg/L,BOD濃度將降至0.16mg/L。 3. 利用此模式的模擬結果,可用於預測淡水河在台北市污水下水道污水下水道普及率提升85.06%;台北縣污水下水道普及率提升69.41%,屆時整個淡水河河DO濃度為6.41mg/L,BOD濃度將降至0.16mg/L。故單一區域提升對整體淡水河效果不大,須整體提升才能穫得更大的效益。
Abstract In this research, the range of all river basin is consist of several mainstreams including Danshui River, Keelung River, Sindian River, Tahan River. Taipei City is used as a main area of population distribution as well as the definition of boundary of building sewage sewer. In this investigation, the mode of QUAL2E is the simulator of water quality of Danshui River. With this substantial data and completed examination, a set of complete scheme of Danshui River and the management system of water quality were established compared to ratios of prevalence of unitary and whole river basin of Danshu River. The outcome of this search is concluded as follows: 1. The result of this mode can predict that the quality of sewage of Danshui would increase to 69.41%, follwed by the concentration of DO of Danshui River at 4.93 mg/L, and concentration of BOD decreased to 2.96 mg/L. 2. The result of this mode can predict that the quality of sewage of Danshui would climb to 69.41%, the concentration of DO of Danshui River would be 4.93 mg/L, and concentration of BOD decreased to 0.02 mg/L. The factor triggers the water quality worse than expect is that Tahan River’s influx of a large amount of contaminants into DanShui River. This method is limited to a part of regions of Taipei County, thereby it is not better off than expect. 3. The outcome of this mode can predict the quality of sewage of Danshui River in Taipei City and Taipei County that will be rised steadily. The concerntration of DO would be 6.41 mg/L and the concentration of BOD would be declined to 0.02 mg/L. Therefore, in order to obtain more effective benefit, unitary areas have little singnificant effect on all Danshui River but whole areas do
