The material management in the enterprise conduct is a kind of technique that obtains the profits to promote the competition ability, with the safe stock, careful project, anticipation; the circulating control operation is for saving amount of the material of the control. Planning and Preparing through project can regulate the need of the variety effectively to reach the goal of the enterprise and also to satisfy the need of the customer. The purpose of this research primarily focused on the case that a military development unit is on the material management system, the operating process, and its method. It goes deeply into the high reason and the level of influence of studying the amount of inventory, expecting to wait for the related operation with the integration logistics actually by simplifying the material resources. The self-criticism improves the imperfection and rebuilds up the operating process engineering project, since low stock level and promotes the competing ability of developing the organization. The method of studying lies in making the use of the project to use to anticipate the needed control with anticipation to control the way, analyzing the case that a military development unit under the need that is not fixed. It orders once to criticize to deliver goods and the mode separately, calculating the best batch quantity or order to carry out to rise to buy, reaching to anticipate the piece and it does not repeat to purchase and promote to anticipate the piece that supports the efficiency mutually. The experimental results reveals that this study reduces the inventory level and insures lowest cost according in a military development unit.
