面板產業所面對的是價格競爭愈益激烈、主流產品不斷演進的現況,經營者因應外界競爭而需要不斷改變組織營運模式,身為營運骨幹的ERP系統必須能快速整合各種營運資訊及因應企業流程的變動而隨需應變,但因為傳統ERP系統的不足而無法達到上述經營者的需求。 為能解決此問題,本研究對近年軟體業界提出的概念:雲端運算與SOA進行研究,先藉由文獻探討發現傳統ERP的不足及雲端運算和SOA對其可增進之處,再以產業分析得出業界對ERP系統應有特性的期望,並建置雛型系統以實際環境驗證ERP系統在SOA結合雲端運算應用於面板產業的成效。 本研究期望藉此探討過程得出一套以SOA以設計理念,以雲端運算為實體呈現的IT系統平台建置方法,並證明雲端運算及SOA能讓IT系統具有與其他系統無縫整合及隨需客製的靈活特性,更可在不同產業的不同系統別都能應用於此特性藉以提升支援企業營運的能力。
The panel industry is facing increasingly price competition, and evolving mainstream products, managers have to keep changing the operating model of enterprise in response to outside competition, the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system that is the operational backbone must be able to quickly integrate a variety of operational information and changes in business processes on demand, but it can not achieve managers' needs because of the lack of traditional ERP systems. In order to resolve this issue, this study research the concept of software industry in recent years: Cloud computing and Service oriented architecture(SOA). Found the lack of traditional ERP and how to fit it with Cloud computing and SOA through literature, and found the ERP system features of the expectations of industry with industry analysis, and build a prototype system as the ERP system in actual environment to verify SOA combined with Cloud computing applied to the panel industry. This study expect to explore the method that build a set of SOA as design concepts and Cloud computing as entity presented in the IT platform, and prove Cloud computing and SOA can allows IT systems to seamlessly integrate with other systems and have the flexibility feature of customization capabilities, and more can be applied this feature to enhance the ability to support business operations on different systems in different industries.
