Nowadays, to meet the customers demand quickly, the Manufacturing companies should understand the internal and external problems of the process systems as well as strengthen the continuous improvements. This paper integrated the Lean production and Theory of constrains, and confirming the loss of efficiency from the difference between expect production efficiency and actual production efficiency by using Overall Productivity Efficiency, which can help the enterprises to achieve the increase the producing capacity and reduce the wastes. This paper employed a LED production case to verify the benefits. This results showed that the producing capacity increased by 36.36%, the idle time of constrained machine respectively were decreased by 52.59% and 95.31% , and loading efficiency increased by 12%. It also proved that this model is feasible and efficient.
