壓鑄為台灣科技產業中應用最為廣泛而重要之製造方法,其技術成為眾多學界及業界研發之重點,而壓鑄製程中關鍵技術之一為其模具之設計與分析,設計一組品質及壽命穩定的模具除了靠以往的經驗以外另一個方法就是利用可靠的模擬軟體來進行實體的分析。 本論文將工業風扇進行改善計畫,並將其實驗數據進行製程分析、模具修改等參數之變化,來探討製程對產品變形量之影響。
Die Casting has become a common and important manufacturing operation for technology industry in Taiwan, and it has drawn a lot of attentions from both the academic and industrial research projects. One of the major phases in die casting production is the design and analysis of die-casting die that ensures higher product quality and longer die operation time. Apart from consulting past production experience, a common approach is to carry out exhausted process simulations on a computer by running reliable analysis software. This thesis investigates the deformation effect of industrial fans during process by organizing improvement plans, process analysis, mold modifications ,and relevant adjustment of parameters.
