多孔性金屬有機骨架之吸水性能研究

摘要


本論文主要研究目的在於合成具吸水性的金屬有機骨架(Metal Organic Frameworks, MOFs)並且對他們進行大MOF量的吸水性能研究。 本論文研究第一部分探討以金屬銅和配位基苯三甲酸以不同的實驗方法大量合成HKUST-1的金屬有機骨架,並且做N2吸附與MOFs之吸水性能研究。依合成方式不同依序分別為: HKUST-1(A)……………(1) HKUST-1(B)……………(2) HKUST-1(C)……………(3) 本論文研究第二部分是探討分別以金屬鐵、鉻、鋁和配位基苯三甲酸和1,3,5-三甲基苯(Trimethyl trimesate)合成出MIL-100結構的金屬有機骨架化合物做N2吸附與MOFs之吸水性能研究測試。MOFs分別為: MIL-100(Fe)……………(4) MIL-100(Cr)……………(5) MIL-100(Al)……………(6) 本論文研究第三部分是探討以金屬鋁作為中心金屬分別和配位基2,5-呋喃二羧酸(Furan-2,5-dicarboxylic acid)與反丁烯二酸(Fumaric acid)合成出MIL-160和A520結構的金屬有機骨架化合物做N2吸附與吸水性能的研究。依合成之不同MOFs依序分別為: MIL-160(A)……………(7) MIL-160(B)……………(8) A520(Al)…………….....(9) 以上所有的MOFs均以粉末X-ray繞射來鑑定產物結構,再利用場發射式掃描電子顯微鏡觀察產物顆粒外觀及尺寸大小。以表面積及孔徑分析儀來檢測化合物的吸附特性和孔洞大小。以恆溼度控制裝置來檢測化合物的吸水性能。

In purpose of this thesis, we synthesized the known metal organic frameworks (MOFs), which got water adsorption ability.We evalutating the water adsorption in large MOF scale. In section one, we have synthesized known MOFs, HKUST-1, in large scale in different method by using trimesic acid (H3BTC) as a ligand and Cu (copper) as metal ion. Those MOFs, which are listed below, have been evaluated the water adsorption properties. HKUST-1(A)……………(1) HKUST-1(B)……………(2) HKUST-1(C)……………(3) In section two, we have synthesized MIL-100 MOFs series with different ions. Those are Fe (Iron)、Cr (Chromium)、Al (Aluminum). And use trimesic acid (H3BTC) and trimethyl trimesate (Me3BTC) as a ligand. Those MOFs, which are listed below, have been evaluated the water adsorption. MIL-100(Fe)……………(4) MIL-100(Cr)……………(5) MIL-100(Al)……………(6) In section three, we have synthesized Al (Aluminum) MOFs by using different ligand. Those are furan-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2FDA) and fumaric acid (H2FUM). Those MOFs, which are listed below, have been evaluated the water adsorption. MIL-160(A)……………(7) MIL-160(B)……………(8) A520(Al)…………….....(9) All the MOFs were characterized by Powder X-ray Diffraction (PXRD). The shape and partical size of MOFs were identified by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope. The adsorption properties and pore size were analyzed and determined by Porosimetry Analyzer. The MOFs water adsorption were measured by constant humidity system device.
