廢棄聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯應用於防腐蝕塗料之性質研究

摘要


本研究利用回收之「聚苯乙烯(wPS) 」,藉由導入氧化石墨烯,製備成複合塗料,進一步將其應用在防腐蝕的用途上。 首先,利用超音波震盪將氧化石墨烯均勻分散於乙酸乙酯中,再以不同比例添加至製備好之廢棄聚苯乙烯溶液中,成功製備出廢棄聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯(wPS/GO)複合塗料,以拉曼光譜儀針對GO結構進行鑑定,並以核磁共振光譜儀、傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀和凝膠滲透層析儀分別對其複合塗料之化學結構進行鑑定。並藉由接觸角的量測可知,GO的導入可提升整體之疏水效果,並在熱性質的測試中發現,添加不同含量之GO對於其熱穩定性有明顯的提升,但對其玻璃轉移溫度並無顯著差異;接著,利用循環伏特安培儀(CV)和交流阻抗膜組(a.c. impedance spectroscopy)的量測中得知,廢棄聚苯乙烯/氧化石墨烯複合塗料藉由添加氧化石墨烯後,可以延長腐蝕因子的擴散路徑,降低金屬本身之腐蝕速率,達到防腐蝕的效果。並在百格試驗發現其wPS/GO複合材料具有良好之附著性。

In this study, recycled waste polystyrene (wPS) was used as the substrate, followed by introducing different feeding ratio of grapheme oxide (GO) to give a series of composite coatings. The as-prepared composite coatings were further applied in anti-corrosion field. First, the graphene oxide was uniformly dispersed in ethyl acetate by ultrasonic vibration, and then added to the prepared waste polystyrene solution in different proportions to successfully prepare waste polystyrene/graphene oxide (wPS/GO). The composite coating was identified by Raman spectrometer for GO structure, and the chemical structure of the composite coating was identified by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). And through the measurement of the contact angle, it can be seen that the introduction of GO can improve the overall hydrophobic effect. And then, the thermal property of wPS/GO composites, it was found that the addition of different amounts of GO can significantly improve its thermal stability, but the glass transition temperature was no significant difference; then, using cyclic voltammeter (CV) and AC impedance spectroscopy measurements, it is known that the wPS/GO composites coating was added with graphene oxide can extend the diffusion path of corrosion factors, reduce the corrosion rate of the metal itself, and achieve the effect of corrosion prevention. And last, the adhesion test of wPS/GO composites, it is found that the wPS/GO composites material has good adhesion.
