LCD had been more popular and cheaper due to better produce technology. More and more vehicles set it for the media entertainments because LCD becomes cheaper; thinner and lighter than the CRT monitor. However; the inside environment of the vehicles have more random and unstable vibrations than the normal use. Inside electronic components on the PCB of the LCM are easy to be damaged by unstable and random vibration. The purpose of this study is to inspect the mechanical structure design by random vibration test and investigation to compare the effect ion of different clamping method to the electronic components on the PCB of the 19 inch LCM.
