基於雲端之冷凍鏈服務平台設計與分析-以防疫檢體監控為例

摘要


隨著世界全球化、近代交通工具的發展與國際間商業活動頻繁,促進各項傳染病跨國際傳播速度,政府機構即時疾病通報系統,提供檢體化驗、運輸即時監控和病情通報等功能,不僅提前,導致生命安危等無法彌補的錯誤。在檢體運輸過程中,建置檢體監控系統,能夠確保檢體運輸安全與其時效性,達成監控與快速通報等功效。 雲端運算為近年來熱門的資訊技術議題,其優勢為提供資訊服務快速部署,降低建置成本,高擴充設計和高穩定性等,具有改變大部分資訊產業基礎建設的潛在力。 本研究以防疫檢體為例,設計一套基於雲端之冷凍鏈服務平台,監控檢體運送安全,並提供整合式的協作平台。其服務平台主要針對檢體之「監控」、「溫度」與「通報」三個關鍵點,確保檢體在運輸過程中,品質完好無誤,藉由系統紀錄狀態,進行即時監控。待檢疫完成後,進行法定傳染病通報,達到防疫的功效。

Cloud computing is one of the hot topics in IT technique, making application services being deployed efficiently, reducing cost, high redundancy and reliability, has the potential to transform major part of IT industry.   Recently, transmissible diseases cause serious problems both in China and Taiwan, which threaten our life and cause property-loss. The infectious pathogen makes cross-infection as sudden as lightning, extending the infected area, doing damage in large. To do so, this study constructs the specimen monitoring system based on cloud computing, which containing notifiable diseases report function, specimen examination platform, historical medical records searching and real-time specimen transportation monitoring. With this system, it can insure specimen safety and completeness during transportations, statistic the information of infected districts and report notifiable diseases to take anti-epidemic reaction. This study analyzes the system’s advantages of cloud architecture with experimental scenarios, summarizing the result.
