應用ETAP模擬探討汽電共生廠保護協調案例

摘要


汽電共生廠兼具發電系統及工業配電系統之特質,其保護協調極為複雜,一般保護協調設計均簡化系統分析;本文採較精準的以電力暫態分析軟體(Electrical Transient Analysis Program,ETAP)進行實際系統分析,文中選擇一位於科技園區之汽電共生廠為分析案例。汽電共生廠是科技園區內唯一的發電廠,園區內主要用戶皆由其供電。由於科技園區的用戶均為高科技公司,對電力的穩定及品質均十分要求;若汽電共生廠發生事故,而保護協調不當,勢必影響整個園區內的科技公司造成無法估計的損失,因此,詳細分析其保護協調非常重要。本文依據汽電共生廠所提供的資料包含發電機組、匯流排、廠內負載、保護設備(高低壓斷路器與保護電驛)等之資料,經本文加以整理出相關參數與保護設備設定計算值,輸入到ETAP電力系統模擬軟體進行廠內系統保護協調上的模擬分析,並探討模擬結果,最後檢討ETAP應用於汽電共生廠設計之可用性。以確認其可作為保護協調設計之輔助工具。

Cogeneration plant has both of the generation systems and industrial power distribution systems, which protection coordination design very complex a general protection coordination and designed are simplify the system and analyzed. In this thesis use more precise power transient analysis software (Electrical Transient Analysis Program, ETAP) for the actual system analysis. Choose a cogeneration plant located in a science and technology park for the analysis of case. Cogeneration plant is a unique plant in the Science and Technology Park, The main users in the park chosen by the cogeneration plant to provide power. Because the users are high-tech companies in Technology Park, The stability and quality of of electricity is required. If the cogeneration plant occur accident, and improper protection coordination, loss of the entire park is bound to affect technology companies incalculable. Therefore, a detailed analysis of its protection coordination is very important. In this thesis based on information provided by cogeneration plant includes generators, buses, factory load, protective equipment (high / low voltage circuit breakers and protection relays), etc. The information in this thesis to be sorted out by the relevant parameters and protection equipment set computing values such as input to the ETAP power system simulation software simulation analysis on the factory system protection coordination and discussion simulation results. Finally, the availability of ETAP on protection coordination design for cogeneration plant in surveyed, and the to certify that ETAP can be used as aided design tool for protection coordination design.
