本論文以Schiff base方式合成四種配位基L1~L4,以不同架橋基合成銅(II)錯合物,討論其化學結構、磁性行為與兒茶酚酶 (Catecholase) 催化活性之關係。內容分成二部分,第一部分是銅(II)錯合物之合成與磁性行為。第二部分是兒茶酚酶(Catecholase)催化活性之探討。 四個錯合物(1)~(4)分別為: (1)[Cu2(L1)-(μ-O)].3H2O (2)[(CuL2)3-(μ3-OH)](ClO4)2.H2O (3)[Cu(L3)(CTZ)]2 (4)[Cu2(L4)4(K)].2H2O L1: 2-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-1,3-bis[2-(2-aminoethyl)imidazolidin-2-yl)phenoxy)acetic acid]imidazolidine L2: (Z)-4-(2-(ethylamino)ethylamino)pent-3-en-2-one L3: 2-((E)-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenol L4: 2-((E)-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)-6-methoxyphenol 銅(II)錯合物其性質由X-ray單晶繞射儀、紅外線光譜、元素分析儀來了解銅與銅之間配位立體結構與磁性行為的關聯性,並在UV-Vis光譜來觀察其特定吸收,探討其化學結構和Cu-Cu之間距離對兒茶酚酶(Catecholase)催化活性的影響。
