Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Dichondra Micrantha

馬蹄金之化學成份研究

摘要


馬蹄金(Dichondra micrantha Urban)爲旋花科(Convolvulaceae)植物,形態爲莖絲線狀,匐地生根,葉疏生,腎臟形或圓心形,圓頭或凹頭,基部深心形,民間用其全草治胃腸疾病、傷風、疝氣、及小兒發燒等。其全草水抽取質以大白鼠爲實驗動物,作抗胃潰瘍研究,其結果可能是對酸的抑制作用有良好效果,而關於其化學成份之文獻報告,尚爲闕如,因此,利用化學方法進行此草藥之成份研究。 全草經由抽取、分離、純化等工作,得九種化學成份,分別爲maltol,umbelliferone,scopoletin, umbelliferone-7-O-g1ucopyranoside, scopolin, astragalin, isoquercitrin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,及quercetin-3-O-urtinoside,這些化合物之結構式係經光譜分析或樣品比對或文獻資料而加予確認。

Dichondra micrantha Urban is a herb of Convolvulaceae. It has been used as folk medicine in Taiwan. Constituents of the herb have not been reported in the literatures. In the present work, nine compounds were isolated from n-hexane and ethanol extracts of the whole herb. These compounds arc maltol, umbelliferone, secpoletin, umbellifcrone-7-O-glucopvranoside, scopolin, astragalin, isoqucrcitrin, kaernpferol-3-O-rutinosidc, and qucrceiin-3-O-rutinoside.
