臺灣地區市售羥四環素(Oxytetracycline)製劑之效價測定

摘要

於民國74年9月至75年6月間，在全省各縣市抽購國產品及進口品之羥四環素製劑共110件（膠囊79件，針劑29件，原料2件）。依據日本抗生物質醫藥品基準解說^1及Code of Federal Regulations (C. F. R.)1980之Ferric chloride colorimetric assay^2測試其力價，檢驗結果發現國產品羥四環素製劑90件（國資廠66件，外資廠24件）中含力價90~120%者有80件（國資廠56件，外資廠24件），佔88.9%。輸入品羥四環素製劑20件中含力價90%~120%者有20件，佔100%。

In order to understand the quality of Oxytetracycline products, 110 samples were purchased in Taiwan area during the peried between September 1985 and June 1986. The potency of samples was determined by the Ferric chloride colorimetric method. Results showed that 80 of 90 domestic sample (88.9%) and all 20 imported samples meet the requirement of CFR 1980 and MRAP 1982, 90~120% Potency.
