摘要

本品質調查係於民國97年2月至6月間向17家中藥廠價購龍膽瀉肝湯、辛夷清肺湯、甘露飲及定喘湯等4種之中藥濃縮製劑，共計65件市售檢體，以高效液相層析法檢測其指標成分含量，檢驗結果，65件檢體中有2件尚未制定指標成分含量規格，另63件中有5件不符合廠商自訂之規格範圍。

In this survey, 65 samples including Long-Dan-Sie-Gan-Tang, Sin-Yi-Cing-Fei-Tang, Gan-Lou-Yin and Ding-Chuan-Tang were purchased from pharmaceutical manufacturers from Feb. 2008 to Apr. 2008. Based on the registered specificatçns, HPLC was employed to determine the contents of marker constituents in these preparations. Among 65 samples, two were not even considered due to lack of manufacturer' analytical protocols and 5 of the rest 63 samples (7.9%) were out of specificatçns.
