本研究旨在探討國立高雄師範大學畢業校友的教職工作表現。文中擷取教師專業評鑑的相關研究,並引進就業力的相關論述。本研究建構教師職場工作表現的內涵,並據以編制「國立高雄師範大學畢業校友教職工作表現調查問卷」。該項問卷以高高屏地區國高中學校主管為對象,進行施測,以郵寄方式寄出與回收問卷,獲得有效問卷共652 份。研究結果為:高高屏地區國高中學校主管普遍肯定高雄師大畢業校友的職場工作表現;高高屏地區國高中學校主管最為滿意高雄師大畢業校友的「專業能力」表現,而認為「共同能力」的表現較弱;高高屏地區國高中學校主管對於高雄師大畢業校友的相對評比趨於正向;除了性別之外,受訪者的背景變項並不影響其對於教師職場工作表現滿意度的評定等。最後並提出實務上以及研究上的建議。
This study aimed to explore the job performance of teachers who graduated from the National Kaohsiung Normal University. Based on relevant studies regarding teacher professional development as well as discourses about employability, this study developed ”Survey Questionnaire of Job Performance of Teachers graduating from the National Kaohsiung Normal University.” The target population was principals as well as directors in junior and senior high schools in Kaohsiung City, Kaohsiung County and Pingtung County. Through mail survey, 652 valid samples were returned. The main study results were: principals as well as directors in junior and senior high schools in the areas of Kaohsiung and Pingtung were generally satisfied with the job performance of teachers graduating from the National Kaohsiung Normal University. However, they suggested improving students' ”common skills.” Moreover, while male directors assessed higher scores than their female counterparts in terms of teachers' job performance, there was no significant difference found in their assessment of teachers' job performance, regardless of school level, school type and school size. Finally, some implications were examined.
