摘要

本研究屬質性研究其目的：旨以新進護理人員的觀點，深入瞭解在照護肺結核病患期間之壓力感受與調適之方法。採立意取樣法，共收集6位新進護理人員的資料。以半結構式的訪談指引進行資料收集，訪談內容予以錄音，再轉寫成行為過程記錄，並以內容分析進行語言資料的分析。結果顯示，新進護理人員的壓力感受可歸納為：從恐慌、害怕到平常心，害怕在非預期的情況下被感染，個人與專業衝突。其衍生的調適方法，可歸納為：正向認同；主動尋求資源；調整心情、適度放鬆等。研究結果可供日後新進護理人員在職教育內容安排之參考，以改善護理人員壓力照護結核患病。

The purposes of this qualitative study are to describe the stress of newly nurses and to understand their adjustment method on caring for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The researcher selected six newly nurses as purposive samplings. A semi-structured questionnaire and face-to-face interviews were conducted for this research. The verbal and non-verbal behavior expressed by the newly nurses during interview was then audiotaped and recorded in a narrative process-recording. Content analysis was used to categorize participants' attitudes and behavior on caring TB patient.
The results show that the nurses' stress of caring for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can be categorized as follows: a change from panic and fears of contagion in unexpected situations to relief, and perceivable conflict between individual needs and professional responsibility.
The adjustment methods expressed by these newly nurses can be categorized as follows: keeping a positive attitude, actively seeking information, and adjusting one's mood. The results can be considered in service stress management course in order to relieve the newly nurses, working stress.
