本研究旨在深入瞭解公立幼稚園園長時間管理的問題、原因與策略。為達研究目的,主要透過訪談法,訪談10位經驗豐富的公立幼稚園園長,獲致下列主要結論:(一)因應突發事件,安撫家長情緒;(二)干擾因素過多,切割時間運用;(三)扮演多重角色,教學行政難兼顧;(四)組織定位不明,行政人力不足;(五)運用多元策略,做好時間管理;(六)善用網絡資源是園長時間管理策略的特色。根據上述結論,針對幼稚園園長與教育行政機關提出建議如下:(一)強化家長溝通;(二)彈性調整運用時間;(三)集中時間提昇效率;(四)增加行政人力編制;(五)辦理時間管理訓練;(六)地方教育行政機關的協力。
This research aims at exploring the issues of time management for the principals of kindergarten. Therefore, in-depth interviewing was adopted for ten experienced principals. The key findings include (1) unexpected events like comforting the emotions of parents, (2) too many interfering factors, (3)unbalance between teaching and administration, (4)unclear positioning and insufficient human resources, (5)time management need to be by various strategies, and (6)making use of internet resources is the characteristic of time management for kindergarten principals. As a result, the following suggests were offered to the kindergartens and authorities. (1)intensification of communication with parents, (2)flexibility of time management, (3)enhance efficiency of time management, (4)expansion of human resources, (5)time management training, and (6)the assistance of local authorities.
