苗栗縣公私有林經營現況之調查分析

摘要

本省公私有林之面積雖僅佔全省林地總面積之12.55% ，然從經濟、保安、娛樂、保健等多層面觀點而言，公私有林都甚為重要。因此，應重視公私有林之經營。本研究就公私有林面積佔全省第二位的苗栗縣，調查境內公私有林之數量、造林、砍伐、林地保育和山坡地利用等之現象，並收集南庄鄉私有林地地籍資料進行林地分析。此外，設計問卷，抽樣訪查南庄鄉私有林農153戶，以探討該地區林農營林之意願、經營上之困難、需求及對政府在公私有林輔導上之意見和期望。

From the multiple phase such as economic, protective, recreational, healthy and aesthetic point of view, public and private forests is of great importance, although the area covered by public and private forests is only 12.55% over the whole forestlands in Taiwan. The management of public and private forests, therefore, should be deserved with great attention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of public and private forests in Miaoli County where its area in terms of public and private forestlands is ranked as the second largest among counties in Taiwan. In addition, specifically, 153 private forest owners in Nan-Chuang area are visited to assess their management attitude, difficulties encountered, needs, and the opinion and the expectation regarding management assistance programs from government.
