副睪炎伴隨攝護腺肥大的中醫治療病例報告

一名64歲男性，年輕時即有過右副睪發炎病史，五年前右副睪炎復發，伴隨檢查發現攝護腺肥大，今年就診治療四個月之後，臨床表現為右副睪硬塊按壓會隱約的痛，解尿時排尿困難改善，尿量時多時少，夜尿困難、頻尿均改善。經中醫辨證論治為肝腎不足，脾虛失運的子癰，主要選用還少丹補益氣血，補腎助陽，桑螵蛸散調補心腎，澀精止遺，緩解攝護腺肥大導致的頻尿但尿量不多等合併症，知柏地黃丸滋陰降火，隨著右副睪疼痛程度降低，小便不利改善，病患狀況趨向穩定，證實中醫治療副睪炎伴隨攝護腺肥大有一定的療效。

A 64-year-old man with a past history of right epididymitis relapsed five years ago, along with Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) examined. After traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment for 4 months this year, now his present illness are right epididymis nodules slight tenderness and dysuria improved. The TCM syndrome differentiation of this right epididymitis is Liver and kidney insufficiency, dysfunction of the spleen in transportation, and it's called epididymitis and orchitis. The treatment of TCM prescription is Huan Shao Dan which supplies Qi and blood, and warms kidney yang, Sang Piao Xiao San which supplies heart and kidney, astringes spermatorrhea, and releases the complications of BPH, such as dysuria and urinary hesitancy, and Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan which nourishes yin and extinguishes the fire. With the tenderness of right epididymis alleviated and dysuria improved, the lifestyle of this patient improved. TCM treatment for epididymitis with BPH has been proved effective.
