Application of Empowerment in the Organization

摘要


今日是一個快速變遷的時代,社會的變動牽動著組織的改革和領導的創新。組織競爭的優勢來自於員工的高度投入和工作滿意度的增加,而領導者充分的授權賦能可以提升產量和效能。本文將針對賦權授能的意義、內涵、組織的構面,以及如何落實於組織結構之整合模式和實施步驟加以介紹,並將相關文獻廣泛與深入的加以分析整理,期望提供更清晰的實踐方法,讓領導者充分發揮授權賦能的最大效益。

Rapid changes in modern society require organizations to innovate and reform to keep up with and adequately address needs. A competitive organization must retain employees who are devoted to and satisfied with their work. Empowerment of employees by organizational managers is one way by which to motivate employees and thereby increase their productivity and effectiveness within the organization. This article presents meanings, contents, structures and models related to the concept of empowerment and the process of its application. An extensive literature review was conducted. Study results are hoped to provide to nursing leaders a reference in order to execute empowerment concepts effectively within their organizations.
