本研究乃在探討台灣地區農技職教育制度的發展經驗,並依分析結果提出未來農技職教育調整之建議。制度取向(institutional approach)是主要研究途徑,研究方法則應用文獻分析,深入訪談方式來收集和分析資料。主要研究結和建議如下(1)部份高職科別(園藝科和畜牧科)應調整教育目標為培養農業經營者(2)在專科內增設農村家政科,其教育目標在培養農村之家政推廣員(3)擴大專科和技術學院農業推廣委員會的訓練功能(4)擴大各級農科教師之教修機會,並增加其研究能力,以進行地區性機關農業研究計畫。(5)推動農村地區設立綜合職業學校、同時組合農工商各科別,並建立農科學生進修工商課程之選修制度。(6)選擇一所大專院校設立農業教育研究單位,以進行農技職政策、課程、教學資源等方向之研究工作。
This study is attempting to analyze the changing experiences of Agri. V-T education system and to provide some suggestions for system readjustment based on the reseach results. The methodology selected as institutional approach is a major rationale to explore the agri. V-T educational strcucture of system. After that, documentation analysis and in-depth interview with opened questionnaire are used to collect available data. The major suggestions of the study are listed as ① the educational purposes of Horticulture and Animal Husbandry Department in agricultural vocational school be changed to produce future farming producers. ② To set up department of rural home economic in post secondary agricultural college ③ Enlange the function of Agricultural Extension Committee in post seconday agricultural College and Institute of Agricultural Technology ④ To increase the opportunities of advance study for agricultural teachers in each school level (especially in secondary agricultural vocation school) ⑤ To set up comprehensive vocational school which has a combination of agricultural, industrial and commercial programs in rural areas ⑥ To establish an agricultural V- T educational reseach unit or center in a selected college or university.
