PU-NC Semi-IPNs應用於木器塗料之研究(II)-NCO/OH莫耳比與PU/NC組成對semi-IPNs塗膜性質之影響

摘要


本試驗係以篦麻油為基質之聚胺基甲酸醋(PU)與硝化纖維業(NC)合成半互穿聚合體網狀結構物(SEMI-IPNS),探討在各種NCO/OH莫耳比及PU/NC組成,作為木器塗料之可行性;經塗膜熱重量分析(TGA)、熱機械分析(TMA)、動態機械分析(DMA)、傅立葉紅外線光譜分析(FT-IR)、及掃描式電子顯微鏡分析(SEM),發現PU/NC之semi-IPNs可以增加PU的耐熱性,又當PU含量至70%時,可將NC開始劣解的溫度由200°C提升至220°C左右;綜合本研究之塗料與塗膜性質分析結果,可以確認由PU與NC能簡易而成功地製備semi-IPNs,而且本研究中以NCO/OH=1.2之PU及PU/NC=70/30之組合,PU與NC互穿纏繞效果最佳,且各項塗料與塗膜性質最為平衡且優良,適用為木器塗料並可配合工廠的塗裝作業。

The coatings containing semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs) were prepared from castor oil based polyurethane (PU) and nitrocellulose (NC) under different NCO/OH molar ratios of PU and PU/NC compositions. The results from TGA, TMA, DMA, FT-IR and SEM revealed improved thermal properties for semi-IPNs as compared to those of PU and the decomposition temperature of NC would be shifted from 200 °C to 220 °C. In this study, the formulation of NCO/OR = 1.2 and PU/NC = 70/30 had a best compatible system and ideal interpenetrating and got excellent and most balance on properties of coatings and films. In conclusion, the PU-NC semi-IPNs can be readily prepared and used for wooden coatings.
