市售蔬果殘留農藥監測
Monitoring the Contents of Pesticide Residues in Marketed Vegetables and Fruits
摘要
八十八年下半年至八十九年一年半期間，各縣市衛生局每月抽送蔬果檢體5件，分別送至本局及中、南、東各檢驗站，依行政院衛生署公告食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－多重殘留分析法，進行70種農藥項目的檢驗。全省共抽驗2121件蔬果檢體，其中檢出不符規定者23件，佔1.1%。1660件蔬菜檢體中，不符規定者14件，佔0.8%；461件的水果檢體中，不符規定者9件，佔2.0%。蔬菜和水果不符規定者共23件，其中不符規定檢體之原因分析，因超過容許量而不合格者有6件，規定不得檢出而檢出者有17件，此外，本年度並針對馬鈴薯加驗chlorpropham及maleic hydrazide二種抑芽劑，78件馬鈴薯中均未檢出抑芽劑。

2121 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from supermarkets and traditional markets throughout Taiwan. Samples collected from July 1999 to December 2000 were analyzed by using a multiresidue method that included 70 items of pesticide. The results showed that 23 samples (1.1%) violated the tolerance level set by the Department of Health.
