森林緩衝帶對農藥之過濾作用

Study on the Role of Forest Buffer Strips in Prevention of Stream Water Contamination by Pesticides Applied on Sloping Farms

摘要


本研究在探討森林緩衝帶對於農藥之過濾能力,以供將來開發坡地以及經營集水區之參考。模式研究之農藥選用水溶性之2.4-D鹽類及水不溶性之四氯丹。選擇台灣大學之柳杉林地及蓮華池滲漏計選為試驗地。台灣大學之柳杉林地設立10公尺之緩衝林帶,而農藥之噴施量為四氯丹1.00g/m及2.4-D 0.83 g/m (噴施面積697m,坡度34°)。蓮華池之緩衝帶設有8.5m之長,兩種農藥之噴施量各為1.33g/m (噴施面積7.5m,坡度20°)。由本試驗顯示:緩衝林帶有阻止水不溶性農藥之污染水質之功能,也有減少水溶性農藥污染水質之現象。

The purpose of this research is to study the role of forest buffer strips in prevention of stream water contamination by pesticides applied on sloping farms. It is hoped that the results obtained from this study will provide basic reference for developing slopeland. Water soluble 2,4- D salt and water insoluble difolatan were used for this model study. The Cryptomeria plantation at Chi-tou, Experimental Forest of National Taiwan University, and Iysimeter located in Lien-Hua Chii were used as testing sites. Difolatan (1.00g/m^2) and 2,4-D salt. (0.83g/m^2 ) were sprayed on the cryptomeria plantation (Sprayed area 697m^2 , slope 34°), and a 10m forestry buffer strip was established on the down hill side of the sprayed area. In the same manner, both difolatan (1.33g/m^2) and 2,4 -D salt (1.33g/m^2) were sprayed on the upper side of Iysimeter (1.5m), and the down hill portions (8.5m) were served as buffer strips. From the results of this study, it is concluded that the forest buffer strips can prevent water pollution caused by the water insoluble pesticides (difolatan), and it can also decrease degree of water pollution by the water soluble pesticide (2,4-D Salt).
